The Polk County Emergency Management Agency is proud to team up with the Safeguard Iowa Partnership to offer two high-demand training opportunities centered around the Incident Command System (ICS).  We heard from our partners that they needed offerings during non-traditional work hours for volunteers and off-shift personnel to attend.  The upcoming ICS 300 and 400 courses will be held on weekends for these personnel and others interested in attending. Both courses will be held at the Polk County Emergency Operations Center (EOC), 1907 Carpenter Ave., Des Moines, IA.

Intermediate Incident Command System – ICS 300: March 18-19 (0800-1600 hours both days)
