This simple question is to remind you to be compliant with the rules regarding your FCC license.  FCC rules require that your current address must be on file with the FCC.  To change your address you start on the FCC Universal Licencing System.  From there you must log in.  You will need to know your FRN number (it is on you license)  Follow the instructions and your done.  The is no reason not to be compliant.
