March 23: DX operating
Feb 23rd, 2010 | By Kevin Sanders, K0KDS | Category: DMRAA MeetingsThe March meeting will be presented by the DMRAA’s own Bill Claypool, NU0Q, on various aspects of working DX. The presentation begins at 7 p.m. at the Plymouth Congregational Church (map) in the Waveland Room.
Trying to get back into ham radio after a hiatus, I’m interested in attending this presentation on DX operating. Are “easterners” (from Coralville) invited? If so, what cost and arrangements are involved?
Thanks,
Fred N0VXY
Yes, anyone is welcome. There is no cost to attend, and pre-registration is not required. The DMRAA, however, would encourage anyone that attends meetings *regularly* to sign-up as a dues-paying member.
