The 2015 Robert M. Evans award was presented to Jon Davis, KCØUSS, during the DMRAA’s Hamfest on April 18.  Davis, who is also the Deputy Director for Polk County Emergency Management, has demonstrated  his support of both the DMRAA and ARES in various ways throughout the years, and helped to raise the profile of the amateur radio community.

The Bob Evans award is presented annually is given to a local ham who has given considerable service to the Amateur Radio community.
