The Des Moines Radio Amateurs’ Association will be holding a general-class study group beginning on February 21. The class will be held at the Northwest Community Center, 5110 Franklin Ave., just west of the Franklin Avenue Library.

The first class will be February 21 and will meet on successive Thursdays from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The last class will be April 18. There will be no charge other than the discounted cost of the ARRL general-class license manual. The manuals will be made available at the first class.
