·        IASPOTA-2020 is now on Facebook. Thanks to the efforts of Joe KD9HAE, IASPOTO-2020 now has a site at https://www.facebook.com/IASPOTA 

·        Al Fry, KB0VGG is organizing a major IASPOTA-2020 push in May—trying to get as many Iowa amateur radio clubs and individuals from across the state to activate as many of state parks as possible on the same weekend—about May 2^nd.  Details will appear soon about this effort. There will continue to be park activations throughout the year but it would be fun to also have one big activation on the same day. Al is preparing flyers that will be at Iowa hamfests prior to the date.

·        Fred KB9JTD is also preparing an IASPOTA-2020 flyer that you can request and download for local duplication and distribution.

·        If you go to the website at w0dbq.org you will see the clubs and individuals currently listed to activate a state park. Register and get on the list.

·        Until the current DNR list of Iowa State parks is on the W0DBQ website at w0dbq.org, you can request a list directly by emailing Colin at [email protected].
