Scott Schoneberg, KE0ZBB, became a Silent Key on Thursday, March 26, 2026.  Scott made a lasting impact on everyone who had the opportunity to work with him across the many aspects of amateur radio he enjoyed.

He was a member of the Des Moines Radio Amateurs Association and had recently been appointed as the club’s Membership Chair.  Scott will be deeply missed by his many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 10, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Westminster Presbyterian Church (4114 Allison Ave, Des Moines, IA).

A memorial service will follow at 1:00 PM on Saturday, April 11, also at Westminster Presbyterian Church.
