Recently the Des Moines Radio Amateur’s Association and Polk County ARES placed two repeaters at Broadlawns Hospital in Des Moines.  The DMRAA placed a Yaesu Fusion repeater on 145.130- tone 114.8.  Polk County ARES added a Motorola MTR-2000 with a frequency of 444.050+ and a tone of 151.4.  Both repeaters are local area repeaters, share a Comet GP-9 antenna and function nicely.  Feel free to give them a try!
