The Iowa Digital net has moved frequency due to the increase of the JT-8 
activity.  We are going to be at 3.5885 MHz USB (Dial) with 1500 Hz set 
on the WF.  We use Olivia 8-500.  Please get this out to as many folks 
as you can.
